Chicken with Mushrooms and Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 0 lbs
- Morels 20 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Safflower Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the chicken breast, wash it, and cut it into thin strips.
Step 2
Then, in a heated pan with oil, add the chicken meat.
Step 3
Fry on both sides for 5–10 minutes each.
Step 4
Then transfer to a small pot.
Step 5
Peel the onion and cut it into half-rings.
Step 6
Next, in a heated pan with oil, add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Wash, clean, and slice the mushrooms thinly.

Once the onion is ready, add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.

Then season with salt, spices, and add finely chopped dill.
Step 10
Add the sour cream as well.
Step 11
Simmer on low heat for a couple of minutes.
Step 12
Then pour the mushroom sauce over the chicken.
Step 13
Place the pot on low heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15–20 minutes. Check for readiness and serve with mashed potatoes.
