Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Seasoning 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small longitudinal strips about 2–3 cm wide and lightly salt them.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with paprika.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add any chicken seasoning to the mixture.
Step 5
In another bowl, beat the chicken eggs.
Step 6
In a third bowl, pour in the flour and coat each strip.
Step 7
Then dip them in the egg mixture.
Step 8
Finally, coat the strips in the breadcrumb mixture on all sides.
Step 9
Place them on a well-heated skillet with sunflower oil. Fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
