Description
Thanks to the bacon, the chicken breast does not dry out and remains very juicy and flavorful. These sticks can be served as a standalone dish with your favorite sauce or with any side dish.
Ingredients
- Bacon to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise into strips to create sticks, marinate with 3 crushed cloves of garlic, black pepper, and a couple of drops of soy sauce. Don’t use too much — the bacon is salty!
Step 2
Mix well by hand. Wrap each piece in a slice of bacon and fry in a small amount of olive oil for about 15 minutes.
