- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- "Almette cheese with Maasdam cheese" 5 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Cream 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise, spread it out, and lightly pound it through plastic wrap. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 2
For the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix it with the walnuts, cream, and parsley.
Step 3
Wrap the filling in the fillet and tie each roll with string.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a skillet and fry each roll until golden brown. Then cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and cook for another 10 minutes until done.
