Chicken Rolls with Cheese and Bacon
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 0 lbs
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Russian Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the chicken breast fillet lengthwise to create thin layers.
Step 2
The bacon should be cut into strips about 4–5 cm wide (pre-sliced bacon can be purchased).
Step 3
Season the fillet with salt and pepper on one side. Mix the grated cheese with the herbs and place a small amount on each piece of fillet.
Step 4
Roll them up and wrap with bacon, securing with toothpicks to prevent them from falling apart.
Step 5
Sear each roll in a preheated skillet for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
After searing, place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and put in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve, let cool slightly, and remove the toothpicks.
