Chicken Roll with Omelette
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Pork Mince 10 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salt 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Omelette: Place eggs, mayonnaise, cheese (grated), and semolina in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Let the semolina swell a little while you prepare the filling.
Step 2
Filling: The ratio of meat to onion (to taste). I suggest using 3 small onions for 500 grams of mince.
Step 3
Chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until translucent.
Step 4
Then transfer it to a blender and chop it finely.
Step 5
Combine the mince, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour in the batter. Bake at 355°F until slightly browned. Remove the paper. Roll it up. Wrap the roll in foil.
Step 7
Bake at 355°F for 40 minutes. Let it cool in the foil so that all the juices absorbed back into the roll.
Step 8
Slice and enjoy it hot or cold.
