Chicken Roll with Feta Cheese and Herbs
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Feta cheese 15 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dill 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cheese in a dish and mash it with a fork, add the milk and mix everything together.
Step 2
Chop the dill and parsley and add them to the cheese, season with pepper, and mix.
Step 3
Pound the chicken fillet, but not too thin.
Step 4
Spread the cheese and herbs mixture on the fillet, and roll everything up using plastic wrap or baking bags. Tie the ends of the roll to prevent it from unraveling.
Step 5
Steam for about 40–45 minutes.
