
Chicken Roll with Crab

Ingredients
- Spinach 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Broccoli 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the spinach and shred the crab meat. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 2
Slice the pepper into small strips lengthwise, and separate the broccoli into florets.
Step 3
Cut the chicken fillet pieces in half to create as thin layers as possible. Place the filling on each piece of fillet, roll the meat into a roll, and secure with a wooden toothpick (or tie with kitchen twine).
Step 4
Place the chicken rolls, sweet pepper, and broccoli in a steamer tray. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and cream. Steam for 20–25 minutes.
