Chicken Pâté with Cream
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the skin and fat from the chicken breasts.
Step 2
Make the minced meat by passing it through a meat grinder twice. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl and pour in ice-cold water. Then add the beaten egg whites and chilled cream. Mix well and add spices.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a clay pot, covering it with greased parchment paper, and seal it with foil on top.
Step 4
Place the pot in a saucepan with hot water and cook in the oven at 300°F (300 degrees Fahrenheit) for 40 minutes, until thickened.
Step 5
Cool, remove from the pot, and slice. Serve with fresh tomatoes.
