- Vegetable Oil 3 spoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the boiled chicken, onion, and mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil, then add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Melt the butter, then add the flour. Cook until golden, then gradually stir in the milk. Add the sour cream, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil. Once the sauce is boiling, stir in the grated cheese.
Step 3
