
Chicken Meatballs with Pasta in Cream Sauce with Green Peas

Ingredients
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Pasta (corkscrew) to taste
- Green Peas to taste
- Green Apples 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Sliced Processed Cheese 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the meatballs, finely chop the onion and grate the apple on a coarse grater. Sauté the apple with the onion until soft. Add the sautéed apple and onion to the ground chicken, along with salt and pepper. Mix well and knead the mixture for about 5–7 minutes until it becomes elastic. Fry the meatballs in olive oil until cooked through.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package. Salt the water and add 1–2 teaspoons of olive oil. Place the processed cheese in a deep plate and microwave for 1 minute. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander and let it drain. Directly in the colander with the pasta, add the melted cheese and green peas. Mix thoroughly and serve on a plate. Remember that pasta cools down very quickly, so you need to work with it swiftly and efficiently.
