Ingredients
- Soy Sauce 6 teaspoons
- Mulled Wine 3 spoons
- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Scallions 3 stalks
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger 0 oz
- Radish 5 oz
- Sesame bun 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver.
Step 2
Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce with wine, season with pepper, and marinate the liver for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and chop it into cubes. Mince the garlic and ginger. Chop the green onions.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil and sauté the liver for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 5
Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.
Step 6
Sprinkle the cooked liver with sesame seeds and mix it with the chopped radishes.
