- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 oz

Pass the liver through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add flour — the batter should be like pancake batter.
Step 4
Fry pancakes in a skillet on both sides.

Spread mayonnaise and filling on each pancake.

Make several layers of pancakes spread with mayonnaise and filling.
Step 7
For the filling, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and chop the onion. Sauté the onion and carrots in vegetable oil until golden.
