Ingredients

  • Chicken Liver 10 oz
  • Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Hard Cheese 10 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain.

Step 3

Rinse the liver, pat dry, and cut into small pieces. Chop the onion and sauté with the liver in butter with flour. Pour in the milk and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Grate the cheese and mix it with the egg.

Step 5

Grease a baking dish with fat, layer the pasta, then add a layer of liver. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over it, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
