Chicken julienne with mushrooms and hard cheese
Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Champignons 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet until fully cooked and chop it finely. Clean and slice the mushrooms, and finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and cook until the moisture evaporates. Add the chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.
Step 3
In a dry skillet, toast the flour until golden brown, then add the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Combine with the mushrooms and fillet, then remove from heat.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into ramekins and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the julienne in the oven at 355°F for about 30 minutes.
