- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cream (40%) 1 cup
- Paprika to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Lightly grease individual cocotte dishes or one baking dish with butter.
Step 2
Place flour and softened butter in separate plates. Cut the chicken into small strips.
Step 3
Dip the chicken pieces first in flour, then in butter. Place them in the cocotte dishes.
Step 4
Drizzle the chicken with lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour cream over the chicken in the cocotte dishes, then sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.

Bake until cooked through and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
