- Milk 15 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 teaspoons
- Onion 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt a pinch
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small strips. Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the milk, 1.5 teaspoons of flour, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sauté the onion until lightly golden, then add the meat. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring. Add salt and pepper. Then sprinkle with the remaining flour, mix, and fry for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the milk mixture, stir. Simmer for 5 minutes covered, stirring constantly.
Step 5
At the end, sprinkle with herbs.
