Chicken Hedgehogs with Sour Cream

You can simmer the hedgehogs in tomato or sour cream sauce, according to your taste. Hedgehogs are served hot with sour cream.
Ingredients
- Rice 6 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the filling from chicken, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, add rinsed rice, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Boil water in a pot.
Step 3
Roll balls about 5 cm in diameter. Place them in the boiling water, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 30–40 minutes (the water should be enough to cover the hedgehogs halfway).
