Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 20 oz
- Soy Sauce 6 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the skewers in water for 10–20 minutes before threading.
Step 2
Clean and rinse the hearts.
Step 3
Place in a bag and pour in the mixture: soy sauce + grated garlic + grated ginger + a little salt + juice of half a lemon.
Step 4
Seal the bag and marinate the hearts in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.
Step 5
Cook first on one side, then turn and cover, 15 minutes is sufficient.
