Chicken hearts in creamy garlic sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 20 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Parsley 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim the hearts of any excess fat. Cut them in half. Crush the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and sauté half of the garlic until it softens, but be careful not to let it burn.
Step 3
Transfer the heart pieces to a skillet and sauté over high heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Reduce the heat, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until cooked through.
Step 5
Pour in the cream and add the remaining garlic, stir, and simmer until the cream thickens (about 5 minutes).
Step 6
Serve topped with parsley.
