Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 20 oz
- Chicken Liver 10 oz
- Soy Sauce 3 spoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 4 spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared hearts in half lengthwise to remove any blood clots, and marinate for 1 hour along with the liver. To prepare the marinade, mix the oil with soy sauce, add honey, minced garlic, and pepper.
Step 2
Skewer the hearts and liver tightly onto previously soaked wooden skewers and fry in a skillet, basting with the marinade.
