
Chicken Heart Skewers

Description
To prepare chicken heart skewers, we will need tomato paste, chicken hearts, Provençal herbs, salt, soy sauce, and olive oil.
Ingredients
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt ½ g
- Chicken hearts 15 oz
- Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine olive oil, soy sauce, tomato paste, salt, and Provençal herbs.
Step 2
Mix the marinade.
Step 3
Rinse the chicken hearts, trim excess fat, and remove any blood clots. Rinse again.
Step 4
Place the hearts in the marinade.
Step 5
Mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, stirring a few times during this period.
Step 6
After 30 minutes, thread the chicken hearts onto pre-soaked wooden skewers (I managed to make 4 skewers with 9 hearts each).
Step 7
Place the skewers with hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Broil at 430°F for about 25 minutes. Chicken heart skewers are best served hot!
