Chicken Fillet Soufflé
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the chicken fillet with garlic, half of the cream, and salt; blend in a blender. Blend long enough for the meat to become very soft and airy.
Step 2
Add the remaining cream, well-beaten egg, and mix thoroughly or blend again.
Step 3
Spread half of the mixture in a suitable baking dish, arrange the olives in a circle, slightly pressing them into the meat. Cover with the remaining mixture and place the olives again, fully pressing them into the meat.
Step 4
Cook in a steamer for 40 minutes.
