- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Smoked salt 1 teaspoon
- Sweet Chili Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Trim the fillet of fat. In a bowl, mix the paprika, sauce, and salt.
Step 2
Coat the fillet with the mixture on all sides. Place the fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°F for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
When the meat turns white and the juices run clear, the pastrami is ready. Allow the pastrami to cool completely.
