Chicken Carbonara Spaghetti
Ingredients
- Durum wheat 10 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Basil to taste
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 3 spoons
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the chicken fillet and sauté it in olive oil until cooked through.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, finely chop it, and add it to the chicken. Sauté everything together for 1–2 minutes. Then add the cream and salt to taste. Simmer on low heat to prevent the cream from curdling.
Step 3
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the boiling water and season the water with salt to taste. Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. To do this, whisk the eggs, then add basil, salt, sesame seeds, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it in a colander, then add it to the skillet with the chicken and garlic. Pour the sauce over everything and simmer for another 2–3 minutes on low heat.
