  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sweet Pepper 2 pieces
  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Mustard Greens to taste
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Oregano to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blend the chicken breast with the egg in a blender.

Step 2

Mix with spices

Step 3

Spread evenly on the parchment paper.

Step 4

If the dough is sticky, handle it with hands wet with cold water.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 minutes.

Step 6

The cake layer should dry slightly.

Step 7

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: mix the tomato paste with the spices, sour cream, and mustard.

Chop the filling.

Remove the cake from the oven, spread with sauce, and add the filling.

And back into the oven until everything is beautifully baked... for about 15 minutes. At the end, grate some cheese on top and leave it in the oven for another minute.
