
Chicken Breast Rolls Wrapped in Bacon with Feta Cheese and Tomatoes

Description
The rolls can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator overnight, covered with foil, and then simply placed in the oven, for example, right before guests arrive.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Bacon 12 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Grill Meat Spice Blend to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice each fillet in half lengthwise to create thinner pieces, and gently pound them.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, then rub with garlic and spices. Let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into sticks, about the same width as the fillet, and do the same with the tomato.
Step 5
Place a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato (on the wide side) on each fillet and roll it up tightly. Wrap each roll tightly with 2 slices of bacon. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish (no oil needed) and bake for about 20–30 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite sauce (I used a garlic sauce with dill).
