Ingredients
- Passata Tomato Sauce 15 oz
- Pizza Flour 20 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Olive Oil 6 teaspoons
- Melted Cheese 10 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the chicken as you prefer (boil or sauté), cool it down, and then cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into 2 circles, about 30 cm each, and place them on baking sheets.
Step 4
Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with chicken, chopped basil, and finely diced mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and dust with cornmeal.
Step 5
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the dough is cooked through and the cheese has melted.
