Chicken and Mushroom Lasagna
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Champignons 20 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Hard Cheese to taste
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 3 pieces
- Spices to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the bones from the breast, shred the meat into strips, and sauté them in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms and add them to the chicken breast. Sauté for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the cream and simmer covered for about 7 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven.
Step 5
Place a sheet of foil in the lasagna dish and grease it with oil.
Step 6
Lay out the lasagna sheets. Then, add the filling (chicken and mushrooms). Top with grated cheese.
Step 7
Layer 4 sheets of lasagna, making sure that the top layer is cheese.
Step 8
Bake for 40 minutes.
