Tartlets with chicken and fresh cucumber
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Scallions 0 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Tartlets 20 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Submerge the chicken in cold salted water, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and let it sit covered for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard and cut them into cubes measuring 5–7 mm on each side.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the water, allow it to cool slightly, and cut it in the same way as the eggs.
Step 5
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 6
Slice the green onions into rings. Set aside a small amount for serving.
Step 7
Cut the cucumbers into small strips.
Step 8
In a bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, eggs, green onions, and cucumbers.
Step 9
Dress with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Taste and add pepper and salt to your liking.
Step 10
Spoon the filling into the tart shells.
Step 11
Garnish each dish with chopped green onions.
