Chicken and Bacon Rolls
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Tarragon 1 teaspoon
- Armenian Lavash 4 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Banana Leaves 5 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Bacon 4 slices
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
Place the bacon on the grill and brown for a few minutes. Transfer to a paper towel. Cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and drizzle with vegetable oil. Place on the grill and cook until done and golden brown on both sides. Cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped tarragon, and lemon juice. Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on each lavash. Next, layer the chopped lettuce leaves, diced tomatoes, bacon, and chicken. Fold in the edges and roll into a wrap.
