  • Chicken fillet 1 piece
  • Bacon 0 oz
  • Onion ½ head
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Monterey Jack Cheese 5 oz
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Sour Cream to taste
  • Avocado to taste
  • Pico de Gallo to taste
  • Tortillas 4 pieces
  • Iceberg Lettuce ½ piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken breast fillet until cooked, cool, and chop finely.

Step 2

Fry the chopped bacon. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, and chili, and add cilantro.

Step 3

Mix the chicken, bacon, and vegetables.

Step 4

Place the mixture on a tortilla heated in a pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, and cover with a second tortilla. Cut into 4 pieces.

Step 5

Serve with pico de gallo, guacamole, shredded iceberg lettuce, and sour cream.
