Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Shallot 1 head
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Fresh basil leaves ½ teaspoon
- Cherry Tomato Confit 15 oz
- Kalamata olives 12 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the feta into small cubes and mix with olive oil, finely chopped shallot, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut 12 cherry tomatoes in half, scoop out the seeds and pulp, and place them on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fill the tomato halves with the feta mixture. Top with olive halves and drizzle with olive oil.
