Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Potato protein 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Water 1 cup
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with salt and the egg. Gradually add cold water until a firm dough that does not stick to your hands is formed. You may need less water.
Step 2
Wash the cherries and remove the pits. Sprinkle with sugar and starch.
Step 3
Shape large dumplings in the standard way and boil them in salted water.
