Ingredients
- Sausages 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Spanish onions ½ head
- Leek 0 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 tablespoons
- Sriracha 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the sausages into small pieces and add them to the heated mustard oil in the pan.
Step 2
Chop both types of onion coarsely.
Step 3
Cut the olives in half.
Step 4
Once the sausages are browned, stir and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 5
Add the coarsely chopped tomato.
Step 6
Add the onion and olives. Stir.
Step 7
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Add the sriracha.

Add the cheese and mix.
Step 10
Pour the mixture into the pan.

After 3 minutes, cover with a lid.
Step 12
After 5 minutes, the dish is ready. Serve, lightly sprinkled with cheese.
