Description

Cheesy cream sauce for pasta

Ingredients

  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Cheese Spread 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Pickled garlic to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a small saucepan, cut (or grate on a coarse grater) the processed cheese, add vegetable oil and cream, and place it on the stove over medium heat. Stir occasionally.

Step 2

Grate 150–200 grams of cheese using a coarse grater.

Step 3

When the sauce begins to boil, reduce the heat and add seasonings to taste. While stirring constantly, add a pinch of grated cheese at a time, allowing it to melt.

Step 4

Continue stirring (otherwise the sauce will thicken or stick) until it becomes smooth. After that, it can be served immediately.
