Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add a little salt.

Then add black pepper.
Step 3
Add chili pepper.
Step 4
Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Cut the parchment paper into separate pieces.

On each piece, place the cheese in the shape of a patty about 7–10 cm in diameter.

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 8
After 4 minutes, transfer the paper pieces cheese side down onto inverted shot glasses and press down on the sides.
Step 9
After 5–10 minutes, remove the cooled formed tartlets and transfer to a plate.
