Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Habanero Pepper 6 pieces
- Cheshire Cheese ½ cup
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the ricotta and cheddar. Season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the pepper halves with the filling, about 1 tablespoon each, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
