- Milk 10 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Make a well in the center and pour in the beaten eggs. Mix well. Add the milk.
Step 2
Grate the cheddar cheese finely and add it to the bowl along with the other cheeses and butter. Mix well.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour in the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 355°F.
Step 4
Serve with tomatoes and salad leaves.
