Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Farm fresh eggs 6 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese finely, melt the butter, add the flour and sauté until light brown, gradually pour in the milk and bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then add the grated cheese with the egg yolks and spices to taste, stirring.
Step 2
Gently mix the entire mixture with the stiffly beaten egg whites, grease 4 soufflé dishes with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese, fill them with the prepared mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Serve the soufflé with small portions of salad instead of cheese.
