  • Dill 4 sprigs
  • Minced garlic 3 cloves
  • 20% Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Pickles 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the cheese and small pickles, add the garlic and finely chopped dill, and mix well.

Step 2

Combine the sour cream with the mayonnaise, coarsely ground black pepper, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Add the sauce to the cheese mixture, mix thoroughly, and place it over a water bath. Stir constantly until the cheese melts.
