Ingredients

- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Mashed Potatoes 15 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 18 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the potato with the egg, and add salt and pepper to taste. Take a spoonful of the mixture and wrap it around a cube of cheese, then roll it into a ball.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot.
Step 3
Coat each ball in breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Place the balls on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Serve hot with the sauce.
