- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves 12 pieces
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough into a 40 cm circle and place it on a greased baking sheet, cover, and let it rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into thin pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Step 4
Sprinkle the dough with 0.5 cup of grated mozzarella, then arrange the tomatoes in a single layer and top with the remaining mozzarella and pecorino romano.
Step 5
Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Cut into 8 segments and sprinkle with thinly sliced basil leaves.
