Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Whole egg 2 pieces
  • Water 2 tablespoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • 20% Sour Cream 2 cups
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a food processor, mix cold butter (chopped into smaller pieces), flour, salt, and egg yolks.

Step 2

Add cold water and knead the dough. It should form a crumbly mass that can be easily shaped into a ball.

Step 3

Line a 26 cm springform pan with parchment paper and press the dough into the bottom, forming edges. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 390°F.

Step 4

Place the shrimp on the baked base; if frozen, thaw and dry them beforehand. Sprinkle chopped dill on top.

Step 5

Mix the eggs and sour cream (I used a 500 g package, probably used about 450 g), whisk until smooth, then add grated cheese and lemon pepper.

Step 6

Pour the resulting mixture over the shrimp.

Step 7

Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 390°F until golden brown.
