- Sugar 1 tablespoon

- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar. Add flour and turmeric.
Step 2
Combine the resulting mixture with cottage cheese and cottage cheese mixture.
Step 3
Form 8 pancakes with wet hands and roll them in semolina (or flour).
Step 4
Fry in a heated skillet with clarified butter.
