Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 30 oz
  • Semolina 5 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • 20% Sour Cream 15 oz
  • Condensed Milk 0 oz
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese with semolina, sugar, and egg yolks.

Step 2

Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Form the cheese pancakes by rolling small balls from the mixture.

Step 4

Then, on a floured board, use a knife or spatula to shape the pancakes into discs. Alternatively, a pastry ring can be used.

Step 5

Fry the pancakes over medium heat in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Then bake the pancakes in the oven for 7 minutes.

Prepare the cream: mix sour cream, vanilla sugar, and condensed milk.

Place the pancakes and cream on a plate.
