Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 25 oz
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 6 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Dark red seaweed 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 1 jar
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and mash them through a sieve.
Step 2
Add the mashed cottage cheese, previously boiled and chopped seaweed, eggs, flour, and salt. Mix well.
Step 3
Form small oval patties from the mixture and fry in well-heated vegetable oil until a golden crust forms. Serve drizzled with sour cream.
