
Cheese Pancakes with Lemon Marmalade

Description
You can serve the cheese pancakes with homemade orange yogurt. Peel 1 orange using a sharp knife, removing the skin while taking some of the flesh. Next, cut out all the segments with a knife. Add 3–4 tablespoons of natural yogurt and 2 pieces of lemon marmalade to the orange. Blend everything until smooth.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Low-fat lactose-free milk 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Fruit Marmalade 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Finely chop the lemon marmalade pieces and add them to the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and with wet hands, shape the cheese pancakes to about the size of a walnut. Place them on the baking sheet with enough space between them, as they will increase in size by about 1.5–2 times during baking.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.
