Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Sugar to taste
- Bananas ½ piece
- Pears ½ piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cottage cheese or pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add semolina, egg, sugar, salt to the grated cottage cheese and mix well.
Step 3
Add diced apple, banana, pear, or any other fruits/berries to taste. Spices can also be added.
Step 4
Form round patties from the resulting dough, roll them in flour or breadcrumbs, and fry in well-heated oil on both sides.
