Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Semolina 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Dried Apricots 0 oz
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the dried apricots in water.

Step 2

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Step 3

Add sugar, egg, sifted flour, and semolina. Mix well.

Step 4

Chop the walnuts and dried apricots. Add to the dough.

Step 5

Roll the dough into a log and cut it into rounds.

Step 6

Heat the oil in a frying pan and place the cheese pancakes in it.

Step 7

Fry the cheese pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 8

Place the hot cheese pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
